Q. Do I have to use the Gift Card at only one
business, or can I use the card at many businesses?
We encourage you to "Experience
the Flavors of your city" and use your card at many businesses.
Example
If your Gift Card balance is $50.00. You can spend:
$20.00 at "Restaurant A",
$10.00 at "Restaurant B", and
$20.00 at "Restaurant C".
Q. How do I check my available balance?
You can check your available balance
on-line atwww.synergygiftcard.com
Your available balance is also printed at the bottom of each sales receipt.
Q. What happens if I spend more than my "available balance"?
If you spend more than your available balance the sales receipt will display the amount owed.
Simple pay the difference with cash, check, or credit card.

Balance Used: $50:00
Customer Owes: $10.00
Q. Can I use the Synergy Gift Gift Card with a discount coupon or special offer?
No! The Synergy Gift Gift Card can't be
used with any other special offers, or coupons.
Q. Can I pay for the tip on the card?
No! The tip must be paid in cash.
Q. Can I use the Synergy Gift Gift Card for catering?
Please ask the participating merchant if you can use your Gift Card for a catering event before booking the party.
Q. What if I lose the Synergy Gift Gift Card?
The value of the Gift Card will not be
replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Please treat the card as you
would cash.
Q. Are there any monthly service fees or annual fees?
No! There are no fees associated with the Synergy Gift Gift Card.
Q. Can I re-load the Synergy Gift Card?
Currently, the Synergy Gift Card is not reloadable.
Q. Does the Synergy Gift Gift Card expire?
No! There is no expiration date.
